Peruvian coffee’s are known for their mild character and are used more for blending, in French roasts or flavored coffees. The high Andes mountains in Peru grows quality coffee beans from the Chanchamayo and Urubamba Valleys. Northern Peru is also a building a reputation in the certified organic coffees.
