Our Honduran comes to us from COMSA, a group of 62 farmers formed over 10 years ago with the aim of converting their farms to organic production. COMSA uses it's Fair Trade premiums primarily for education -- paying teachers, buying school supplies, and building kitchens in schools to provide healthy meals for students.
