his gourmet blend is based around 100% Arabica Brazilian Coffee beans. We then blend in Sumatra for a full bottom, Colombian to add a clean taste to the Sumatra, which can sometimes taste earthy, then a touch of Indian Monsoon, which helps mellow the end of the cup and add richness. The roast profile is Dark, so there is no burnt aftertaste. You will be offered a beautiful crema, with a rich and slightly sweet body ending very smooth.
