Guillermo's Gourmet Grounds
Instead of relying on computers and other technology at Guillermo's we roast our coffee daily by hand in small batches. Our experienced Master Roaster tailors each roast to the particular bean, and delicately adjusts it throughout until the optimum moment at which the bean's natural sugars, inner oils and unique flavors develop. A fuller and more satisfying cup is the result that always leaves one reaching for another. We search for the finest coffee in the world.
This is a skill that takes patience, and a passion for the perfect cup, an art that has been forgotten by most.
