The Roasting Company serves as Southern Vermont's link to a dynamic global industry rich in cultural, social and political history. We have a small crew of four, all passionately dedicated to the art, science, politics, history, culture and culinary event that coffee represents. We are dedicated to sourcing, roasting and distributing the finest quality specialty coffee available. We offer coffees that are Organic, Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance, and Farmer Direct Trade certified because we understand that healthy ecosystems in coffee producing regions and sustainable, equitable trade practices are of the utmost importance.
