This is a blend made up specifically for Restaurant Nora in Washington, DC. Nora Pouillon serves up the finest organic (or otherwise) cuisine this side of anywhere. Working with Nora, we found that a simple cup of coffee will accent the dessert and leave the diner enjoying their meal. Nora Blend achieves this subtlety with a very clean blend of Central American coffees roasted to a full city to highlight their nut-like, malt-like, velvety tones.
