Product Return Policy
Order Verification Process
All of our Green Mountain, Keurig, VUE Pack, and Gourmet Roaster orders are generated through an automated process to ensure accurate information. The order you submit is sent to us electronically where it is picked from the warehouse and verified by our picker that all of your coffee and/or tea is there. This is very normal for companies to have the picker verify all of the order is there...but we take it one step further. We have a verifier who is always a different person come over and physically verify and sign off that the order is complete. This multi-step process ensures that the automated system, the picker, and verifier have to the best of their abilities made your order complete.
Return Policy Overview
If you are unsatisfied with the product that you have purchased then we encourage you to call or e-mail us to let us know about the issue. Our goal is to make you pleased with your purchase and provide the best shopping experience possible. Do not ship products back without obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA Number) and contacting us first at 1-800-360-8105 or by sending email to email@example.com. Customers must pay for return shipping costs unless the error was from the shipping carrier. Please return items through an insured delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages:
Refunds will be made using original purchase method. Listed below are some of the examples for which we won’t accept a return:
(1) Custom orders, sale or clearance items.
(2) Any items returned without a RMA number.
(3) Any opened food products.
(4) Original order date is over 30 days
Damaged or Defective Product:
If your order arrives defective or in really bad form, simply notify us of the problem within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue (including shipping & handling) or replace the item. Please contact us at 1-800-360-8105 or by email to returns@uBuyCoffee.com so we can provide you with an acceptable solution. Do not send back damaged goods without obtaining a RMA number first or contacting us. Do not contact the Coffee Roaster that supplied the coffee, we are the main point of contact. If you are angry, you can start the "roasting" process with us, the problem is ours to resolve!
No product damage claims from shipping can be made after 48 hours will be honored. Please retain all packaging materials.
Terms of Sale:
All orders are to be paid in full prior to any product being shipped.
International Orders and Military:
Our website is unable to accept credit cards with billing addresses outside of the United States/Canada. We do ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We are unable to calculate foreign shipping fees. Please call us to place an order with an international credit card or shipping address at 1-800-360-8105.
