Nicaraguan coffee has been grown in the country since the mid-nineteenth century and in the past enjoyed a more renowned reputation then it holds today.  Nicaraguan coffee beans are wet-processed to create a mild, with a light acidity taste that is very appropriate for blending and dark roasting.
