Roaster Tasting Notes:
We have a new "lot" of Papua New Guinea; called Purosa M05. This comes to us with a Fair Trade as well as the usual organic certification. Purosa is the nucleus for a range of coffee and community activities and is located 93 kilometers south west of Goroka township, the capital of the Eastern Highlands Province. We tasted several new crops lots of this coffee before choosing the one that really stood out. This is an AA grade meaning the beans are of large size and consistently so. Therefore the roast is particularly even.
