Tanzanian Coffee
Tanzanian borders Kenya and share the growing slopes of the famous Mt. Kilimanjaro. This similar environment produces a coffee similar to its Kenyan neighbor, but quality of production is not as far advanced as Kenya's. The Tanzanian peaberry coffee bean is considered their prized bean and is wet-processed. Tanzanian coffee uses the same grading method as Kenya where AA is the largest coffee bean followed by A and B. Tanzanian coffee is characterized by a winy acidity, medium to full body, and deep richness.
