The flagship coffee of the world famous Hacienda La Minita, La Minita Tarrazu is considered by many to be one of the finest coffees produced in the world. Grown on a 700 acre estate at elevations between 4,000 and 6,000 feet, this coffee is meticulously harvested and processed, mechanically dried, and carefully hand sorted to create a virtually perfect, zero defect product. It is only after 30,000 labor hours of hand-selecting the top 22% of the crop that this coffee reaches your cup.
Rich, clean and sweet are the three words that come to mind to describe this elegant Costa Rican coffee. With hints of almond and a pristine acidity reminiscent of ripe oranges, this is one of the true, great, coffee-lover’s coffees.
