This Harrar greeted my tongue with a smooth sip with a medium-light body.
My taste buds detected a coffee that was loaded with flavor, but it was well balanced with nothing sticking out like a sore thumb. It was sweet, with a bit of woody-nutty flavor on top. Underneath that were hints of lemons and wines that many Ethiopian beans come with. There may have been a hint or two of chocolate. (Posted on 4/16/12)
