At uBuyCoffee we use the most reliable secured servers when handling your information. The credit card information you supplied during the purchase process, is NOT retained us. Our company and employees have extremely limited and monitored access to your credit card information - Credit Card type, Expiration, and last 4 digits. We use the gateway that handles a secured transfer of your information. We pay close attention to the security and privacy of your information. Returns & Replacements

You’ve probably noticed by now that one of our biggest goals is to ensure you have the best customer experience. We view this as secure and easy purchasing, the widest selection of gourmet coffees and teas, to live phone and email support. Unfortunately, there are humans working here and we are prone to mistakes. So if an order is wrong or you are unhappy with your purchase, all that we ask is work with us to help resolve the problem. Placing an Order

You may place orders on our secured website or by contacting us via phone at 1-800-360-8105 during normal hours of operation. We are always happy to talk with you! Interested in placing a bulk order for a business? Give us a call or email and depending on your size let’s see if we can get you a lower deal.


Order Verification Process

All of our Green Mountain, Keurig, VUE Pack, and Gourmet Roaster orders are generated through an automated process to ensure accurate information. The order you submit is sent to us electronically where it is picked from the warehouse and verified by our picker that all of your coffee and/or tea is there. This is very normal for companies to have the picker verify all of the order is there...but we take it one step further. We have a verifier who is always a different person come over and physically verify and sign off that the order is complete. This multi-step process ensures that the automated system, the picker, and verifier have to the best of their abilities made your order complete.


Pricing and Promotions

We make every attempt to keep pricing of the coffee items current and up-to-date. If there are inaccurate prices for items, we reserve the right to fix the pricing and offer you a full refund of an item that was purchased at the wrong price. We also offer special promotions on products and if you wish to be notified on new promotions, we encourage you to sign-up for our newsletter.


Updating Account Information

We hope that you will be a long-term customer of uBuyCoffee so you’ll be able to sample coffees from all across the United States. To make this easier for you we encourage coffee drinkers to create an account with our store and keeping your information current.
