Low Cost and Free Shipping

Here at uBuyCoffee we realize the importance of keeping costs down and giving the best possible prices to our customers. Flat rate shipping means no matter where your are in the 48 contiguous US States, the rate will be the same. Flat rates start at $4.95 for many of the fresh roasted coffees from a single roaster. Please note, when you coffee order includes items from various roasters the rates will increase accordingly. The Flat Rate applies to the 48 contiguous US States only. Additional shipping fees to Hawaii and Alaska, will be required. You can always get a shipping quote prior to ordering at the start of the checkout. Free Shipping offers will vary by roasters and items. There is always Free Shipping on orders over $75 per roaster location. At checkout, just be sure to select the free shipping option to take advantage of this offer.

Shipping & Delivery

All of the products we offer are shipped using the preferred shipping carrier of the roaster. We do not charge your credit card until we have received confirmation that your order is ready to ship. You will then receive a follow-up email from us containing the shipping confirmation with a tracking number. This will allow you to see your package and to give you more precise information on its whereabouts.

Privacy & Security

At uBuyCoffee we use on the most reliable secured servers when handling your information. The credit card information you supplied during the purchase process, is NOT retained us. Our company and employees don't even have any access to your card information as the Authorize.net gateway handles the secured transfer of your information. Our top company objective is to be the best at a complete customer experience. From secure and easy purchase to coffee items to encouraging customer reviews of the best coffee roasters, this is what we view as the total customer experience. There are humans working here and we are prone to mistakes. So if an order is wrong or you are unhappy with the coffee product, all that we ask is work with us to help resolve the problem. You may place orders on our secured website or by contacting us via phone at (800) 360-8105. We are always happy to talk with you! For large quantity orders, please contact us directly as are always willing to make a deal on price and/or shipping costs.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We make every attempt to keep pricing of the coffee items current and up-todate. If there are inaccurate prices for items, we reserve the right to fix the pricing and offer you a full refund if an item was purchased by the wrong price. We do offer special promotions on products as a way to highlight a specific coffee roaster or products, typically these promotion prices are effective for only a short time period. If you wish to be notified on new promotions, we encourage to sign-up for a newsletter specials page. 

Updating Account Information
